Built a flash website and worked with Partha from start to finish. We originally got the requirements a little mixed up, but Partha made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction without expensing extra time, and in a quick and timely manner. He is very diligent about following up to make sure the material is received, and asks for feedback throughout the project to ensure that he is on track with the appropriate design and content. He is consistently available online during his prescribed hours, and was always available for a discussion upon initiation. He worked at a good pace, and posted his work on to Odesk for review with 98% of it being recorded. A credit to his craft and trade. Would highly recommend!
