A: Please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive, it is very hard rush the painting process due to fine details painting and letting the painting dry before shipment. If it has not arrived after this time email paintu.net and demand to know where your order is! We are open from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm AEST.

Q: What if I don't like the painting after I buy it?
A: Well we would recommend that you need to have your eyes checked - but we'd rather not foot the bill for that - instead we'll gladly refund your money in return for the painting as long as you give us your feedback on what didn't 'work for you'! Sound fair? No other painter would ever dream of doing that - try them!
