You choose the best photo that you want to turn into a treasured painting, you choose the type and size, and pay only a 25% advance payment of the total amount. After this an invoice will be emailed to you.
Your painting begins
Our artists are talented in many diverse methods (oil, charcoal, pastel etc). So this gives you the choose of how you want the end painting to look like. We go over the image provided, check that it is suitable and then start painting.
We inspect the painting
After we have completed your treasured portrait we inspect the painting and look for anything that maybe not right. If it does not meet our strict quality procedures it will be sent back for alteration or sent to a different artist to be repainted no questions asked.
We upload a photo
We upload a photo of your painting to the website, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. You will be informed by email and by SMS when your hand painted portrait is ready for you to review.
We process your painting feedback
If you request modifications, we will modify your painted portrait according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifications is done. Once again you will be informed by email and by SMS.
You Confirm
You confirm the hand painted portrait online. When confirming your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance.
We deliver the painting to you
Your hand painted portrait will be shipped by express delivery, rolled in a tube or framed, to the address you have provided. All you have to do now is sit back and admire the smiles from everyone around you saying how good it looks.
