How do I manage my domain names?
You can perform various operations with one or more of your domain names simultaneously. Depending on the domain status, you can renew registration, edit WHOIS information, edit NS settings, host or park domain, lock/unlock at the registrar, register name servers (NS) and obtain EPP authorization key. The table below shows the available operations according to the current domain status:

* This operation is not available with a selection of multiple domains.

Tip: Use the checkbox beside each domain name to select it for a mass operation.

How do I renew a domain name?
In order to renew a domain name registration, simply click on the expiration date in the Expiration/Renewal column beside the desired domain. You can renew multiple domain names at once by selecting them with the checkboxes on the left and then clicking on the Renew button.

How do I host my newly registered/transferred domain name?
Once a domain registration or transfer has been approved and completed, the domain name will be with status OK but will be floating (neither hosted, nor parked). To host it in your account, simply click on the

icon. A control box will appear containing the available options. Click on the

icon to automatically add your domain into the Hosted Domains section of the Control Panel.

How do I park my newly registered/transferred domain name?
Once the registration or transfer has been completed and the domain name is with status OK, you can park it in your account by selecting a parking website template or a URL redirection. Click on the

icon to view the control box. Afterwards, choose your parking preference. You will learn more about domain parking by checking the Help section there.

How do I lock or unlock a domain name at the registrar?
The registrar-lock feature is quite useful when you would like to secure your domain name and prevent it from being stolen. To check the current status of the lock, simply click on the

icon beside a domain name. You can then lock or unlock it prior to a domain transfer. However, you should always keep your domain names locked.

How do I obtain the EPP authorization key for a domain name I would like to transfer away?
An EPP key is required when autorizing domain transfers. If you would like to obtain the EPP key for a specific domain name, click on the

icon next to the domain status.

How do I modify the NS settings for a chosen domain name?
To do so, simply click on the

icon. You are able to edit the current name servers (NS) associated for the domain name, as well as to register own name servers, e.g. dns1.my-best-domain.com.

How do I quickly manage all the settings?
You can easily modify all the available settings for a chosen domain name by using the Quick Controls. Simply click on the

icon beside it. You will see all the valuable information and options put together on a single page, including even the domain's Google and Alexa ranks.

How do I protect the WHOIS of my domain names?
The WHOIS / ID Protect service that we are offering allows you to protect your identity displayed in the WHOIS of your domains from being used by spammers, stalkers and fraudsters. To protect your domain go to the All Registered section of the Domain Manager and click the Add link in the ID Protect column. The service is non-refundable and is applicable only to domain names registered with us. Country domain names like .us / de / eu etc. don't support this service.

Hide Help

- OK - The domain has been registered/transferred successfully and it is fully operational now. You can start building your website and manage the domain's DNS settings and WHOIS details.

- Pending - The domain has not been approved yet. Status Pending will be displayed every time a domain registration, a transfer or a WHOIS details update has been requested.

- Rejected - The domain has been rejected. It's registration or transfer has been declined by our Sales Department. Please open a ticket to learn why.

- Transfer Processing - The domain is currently being transferred. It will take three to five business days for the transfer to complete. Please check frequently the administrative contact e-mail for this domain.

- Awaiting Transfer Initiation - Your domain has not yet met the requirements for transfer. Please, refer to the corresponding opened ticket in your Help Center to learn more about how to resolve the situation.

- Failed - The registration / transfer request was not completed successfully. Please open a ticket from the Help Center section to learn more about the problem and the way to solve it.

- Expired - The domain has expired. Currently, the website and all e-mail addresses associated with this domain are not operational. Click on the Renew icon to register it for additional years.

- Waiting approval - The registry is currently reviewing your registration request. Please, check the domain status after 1 hour.

- RGP - ?Your domain ? is in redemption grace period (RGP). This is a Domain Registry period of up to 30 days that occurs when a domain name is put on hold by the Registar before it gets deleted.? During this period, the domain registrant is allowed to retrieve the domain name from deletion, but this process costs an additional redemption fee.

- Extended RGP - Your domain is in extended redemption grace period. The extended redemption grace period adds another 7-30 days to the redemption period. During this period the domain owner is allowed to retrieve the domain name from deletion by contacting the domain's registrar. This process costs an additional fee.

- Pending Registry Delete - The Pending Registry Delete period is a Domain Registry period of up to 5 days. When a domain is in Pending Delete period, no one is allowed to renew the domain and it cannot be newly registered because it's still not returned to the public domain pool. After the end of the 5-day Pending Delete period the Registry releases the domain name back into the public pool of available domain names enabling it for fresh registration.

- Released by Registry - The "Released by Registry" status means that the domain name has been released back into the public pool and the domain may be presently available for Registration.

- EPP Authorization Key - It represents a code, which is required when authorizing domain transfers. If you would like to obtain the EPP key for a specific domain name, simply click on the EPP icon. An EPP key is available only for domain names registered with us and with status OK.

- Domain Lock - You are able to lock or unlock your domain name at the registrar's. This setting is quite useful when you'd like to secure your domain from been stolen. Click on the icon to check the current lock status.

- Hosted - This domain name is currently hosted in your account. Click the icon to check for other available options.

- Parked - This domain name is currently parked in your account. Click on the icon to check for other available options.

- Floating - This domain name is currently floating in your account. This means that is it neither hosted nor parked in your account. Click on the icon to check for other available options.

- NS Settings - You can register your own name servers (e.g. dns1.my-best-domain.com) for a specific domain name. Click on the icon next to the chosen domain. Note that you can register NS only for domains with status OK.

- ID Protect - WHOIS / ID Protect service was ordered and activated for this domain name. Click on the icon to enable / disable ID Protection.
