To create a new file/folder, please fill the name of the new document
in the "Create new file/folder" field, choose whether you want to
create a file or a directory by selecting the corresponding radio
button and then click on the button "Create".
2.How do I upload a file to my account?
To upload a file to your account, please click on the button "Browse"
in the "Upload File" section and choose the file you'd like to upload.
You can use the "Upload permissions" option to set permissions on the
uploaded file (by default, the permissions are set to 755).
After you complete the above-mentioned operations, click on the button
"Upload File(s)" and wait until the process finishes. Click on the
button "??" in the upload progress popup window to return to the File
Manager.
3.How do I upload multiple files to my account? The
procedure for uploading more than one file at a time is analogous to
that in section 2, only this time after you select a given file to
upload, a new file upload field appears below, through which you can
upload another file.
The number of the files that can be uploaded at once is not limited but the disk space they occupy cannot exceed 20 MB.
In case you've selected a file you do not actually want to upload, you
can correct the mistake by selecting another file using the "Browse"
button beside the respective field or instead edit or delete the
content in the file upload field.
To cancel the upload altogether, you can use the button "Reset upload field" located beside "Upload File(s)".
4.How do I upload a whole folder to my account?
The file manager does not offer the option of uploading whole folders.
You can use an FTP client to perform such operations instead.
If, after all, the selected FTP service is unavailable but you still
want to upload the contents of a whole directory, you can do so by
first compressing it in .zip format. Then you can upload the archived
file as described in section 2. If you want to decompress the file
while uploading it, please select the "Unpack archive after upload"
option, which will appear immediately after you've selected the
archived file you'd like to upload.
5.How do I download a file to my PC?
To download a file from the server, you have to click on the file's
name, select "open/download file" from the "Actions" menu in the File
Tooltip, which opens up, and then click on "Download File".
6.How do I download multiple files to my PC?
The File Manager's current version does not offer the option of
downloading more than one file at once. You can use an FTP client to
perform such operations instead.
If, after all, the selected FTP service is unavailable for some reason
but you still want to download several files at once, you can do so by
moving them to a separate folder and downloading it as a zipped archive
(for more information see section 7).

To download a folder from the server, you have to click on the folder

follow the instructions for uploading archives in section 8, and,
before you press the "Upload File(s)" button, make sure that the
"Unpack archive after upload" option is selected.
9.2.If you have already uploaded an archived document to your account
as described in section 8 and what this document to be unzipped, please
click on the file's name, select "Open/Download" from the "Actions"
menu in the File Tooltip, which opens up, and then click on "Unpack
Archive".
10.How do I copy files and directories?
There are several ways to copy files and directories, depending on the user's specific needs.
10.1.To copy a single file or directory please click on the "Copy" icon
beside the file's/directory's name or open the respective file/folder
tooltip and select "Copy".
In the "Enter Path to Copy" field, select the exact directory in which
you'd like to copy or click on the "path" link to choose a directory
from the file tree.
After you've selected the path (where you'd like the file to be
copied), please click on the "Copy" button and wait until a message
saying "File/Folder has been copied!!!" appears.
10.2.To copy more than one file/folder, please select the documents
you'd like to be copied and click on the "Copy" button located in the
File Manager's Actions Toolbar. After that, in the field "Enter Path to
Copy" specify the exact directory in which you'd like to copy or click
on the "path" link to choose a directory from the file tree.
After you've defined the path (where you'd like the file to be copied),
please click on the "Copy" button and wait until a message saying
"File/Folder has been copied!!!" appears.
11.How do I delete a file/folder?
There are several ways to delete files and directories, depending on the user's specific needs.
11.1.To delete a single file or directory, please click on the "Delete"
icon beside the file's/directory's name or open the respective
file/folder tooltip and choose "Delete".
Answer "Yes" to "Do you really want to delete this file?" and the file
will be deleted. If you decide to cancel the deletion, please close the

you'd like to be deleted and click on the "Delete" button located in
the File Manager's Actions Toolbar. Answer "Yes" to "Do you really want
