How to change my contract's billing details?
If you want to change the payment details for your recurring contract,
please click on the Change link in the Billing type column
corresponding to your contract's Profile ID. Then from the tooltip's
drop-down list select the billing type and click on the Change button.
Then you will be redirected to a page where you can change your billing
details.
How to Cancel a recurring contract
If you want to cancel a contract, please click on the Cancel link
in the Next Charge column corresponding to the contract's Profile ID.
How to Activate a recurring contract?
When you cancel a contract its status turns from Active to Scheduled
for cancellation. Until the contract is canceled (in about 24 hours)
you are able to Activate it again. To do so, please click on the
Activate link in the Next Charge column corresponding to the contract's
Profile ID. Note that you cannot activate a contract with a 'Canceled'
status.
