How do I register a domain name?
If you would like to register a domain, please type the desired name in the domain search box and click on the Search Now button. After you submit your query, the system will return the results and show all the domain names that are available for registration or transfer. You may then register more than one TLD (for example .com, .net and .org) and select the duration of each particular registration.

How do I register several domain names at once?
If you would like to register several different domain names, just click on the Bulk domain registrations & transfers link. Then type the domain names in the text area that will appear, so that each domain begins on a new separate line, without any punctuation.

How long does it take for the domain name to be fully operational?
Our Sales department may contact the credit card holder in order to approve the purchase. This is a standard procedure just to avoid any fraud payments. Therefore, the domain name will be registered/transferred after the order has been confirmed. Then your domain will be fully operational within 24 hours and you can begin building your website.

How do I transfer a domain name?
Search for your existing domain name by using the form below. When the search results show your domain, click on the Request Transfer link. The transfer procedure usually takes up to 5 business days. An EPP authorization key is required for the following domains names:
.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, .name, .tv, .com.tw, .idv.tw, .org.tw, .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn
You can obtain that EPP key from your domain's current registrar. After the transfer has been initiated you should receive a confirmation request via the e-mail, which you've given for administrative contact purposes regarding your domain name. You will have to follow a link in the mail to confirm the transfer. This way you will approve the transfer and show you are the owner of the domain name.
